CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to maintain the integrity of our schedule and the experience provided at The Goddess Edit Beauty Lounge, we enforce the following policy without exception: A non-refundable deposit is required for all New Clients to reserve an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy. • Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled and will be subject to a late cancellation fee. ⚠️ Emergency Cancellations We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In the event of illness or a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and ensure an uninterrupted experience for all clients.
