CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is sacred, and so is ours. To maintain a smooth and relaxing experience for all of our goddesses, we kindly ask you to review and honor the following policy: • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Charges only apply if this policy is violated. • Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may be rescheduled and charged a fee. ⚠️ Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an illness, personal emergency, or other unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
